Wrap around care

Knowing how important morning and after school provision is to many parents at our school, and in the absence of any other local providers, we offer our own Breakfast and After-school club.

Breakfast Club 8:00 am - 8:40 am
After School Club

3:15 pm—6:00 pm

If you would like your child to attend our Breakfast Club or After-school Club please book the sessions on your Arbor Parent Portal. Children must be booked in to attend Breakfast Club and After-school Club. If your child is participating in one of the other clubs immediately after school, please email Mrs Rowbotham (w.rowbotham@staverton.pdet.org.uk) to let her know so that she knows not to expect your child until after their club finishes. If you need to cancel on the day of the booking for After-school Club, or need to unexpectedly book your child in for the same day, please ring the School office on 01327 703154.  In order to ensure that our Wraparound Care is financially viable, charges apply, regardless of attendance at the club or not. We can not reimburse you if you cancel a booking within 1 calendar month of the actual date of the booking. Only bookings of more than 1 calendar month ahead will be reimbursed. If you have made a regular booking and then at a later date decide that you no longer need as many dates (this must be for dates of more than 1 calendar month ahead), please let the office know and Mrs Vaughan can cancel dates accordingly. If you make payments directly through Arbor, you will be unable to book any sessions unless you have a positive balance available on Arbor. If you use Tax Free Childcare Vouchers as payment for your Wraparound Care, it is prudent for you to make payments to PDET a month in advance, in order to set up a positive balance on your Wraparound account. Payment will not be accepted in arrears. Should payments not be made in accordance with the above guide, the school reserves the right to not accept future bookings. July 2025 Payment through the Tax Free Childcare Voucher scheme, must be made using the following format for a reference : Child’s first initial, plus first three letters of their surname and then the relevant number (ie Jo Bloggs = JBLO123456). Please do ensure that you advise the office on office@staverton.pdet.org.uk when you have made a payment, the sum paid and the reference number. We use this to inform PDET Treasury, as to which school the payment is to be allocated and ensure a timely transfer of information onto Arbor.  If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the School office during the school day. If you need to talk to the team during Breakfast Club or After-school Club hours, then please call 01327 879326.
